Hi, I'm Jen
I’m a parent coach and behavior specialist working alongside parents, providers, and teachers who are trying to make sense of moments that feel confusing, overwhelming, or harder than they expected.
Moments like leaving the park. Getting through bedtime. Navigating a tough school day.
Moments where you feel your patience starting to slip. Moments where you find yourself thinking, "I don't like how that felt."
What I do
I help you make sense of behavior so you can respond in a way that feels clear, steady, and aligned with how you want to show up.
Together, we look at what’s happening. We find the patterns and use them to shape what happens next.
Not perfectly. But with more confidence each time.
How I show up with you
My approach blends behavioral science with everyday language and compassion, so what we talk about feels clear and usable in daily life.
We focus on your experience in the moment: what you’re noticing, what you’re thinking, what feels stuck, and what matters most to you. We also look at how you’re making sense of what’s happening, because that shapes how you respond.
From there, we build practical ways to respond that fit your environment, your values, and your relationships.
Support should feel understandable. It should feel like something you can carry with you and use.
What I believe
I believe the adults supporting children deserve support too.
I believe you’re doing more good than you can see from inside the moment.
And I believe it can feel lighter than it does right now.
Confidence isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you build, moment by moment, as things start to make sense and you begin showing up in ways that feel more like you.
A little more about me
I work closely with toddlers and preschoolers and the adults who support them: parents, teachers, and providers moving through real-life moments every day.
I’ve been there in the hard moments. The ones that escalate quickly. The ones that leave you wondering what to try next. And I’ve seen how much can change when you feel supported in making sense of it and what to try next.
I’ve been doing behavioral intervention work in Idaho for 14 years.
I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a certified life coach, and I hold a master’s in education along with a current Idaho teaching certificate. My journey has taken me into classrooms, one-on-one behavior support, and mentoring adults in the middle of frustration and overwhelm.
That background shapes how I show up with you.
